Global Link was started by Scott Powell who lived and worked in Asia for nearly 5 years. The Internet was just catching on then, and he was captivated by it's global impact and potential for businesses to reach beyond their localities to the International market. Upon return to the States, Scott studied web programming and launched Global Link Technologies. Global Link has developed a strong networking team of programmers, graphic designers and marketing experts based all the way from Portland to India and Sri Lanka.
